Our team is passionate to make Riverdance a home away from home. All our team members are recruited and trained from the neighbourhood villages. 

Maria: She is our chef de cuisine. At the beginning Maria could hardly speak English. Meanwhile she is doing the meal planning and ordering all herself. Maria’s cooking is outstanding and our guests love her food. 

Joseph: He is part of the lodge from day one. He helped to build-up the lodge and is now our manager with not only excellent carpentry skills but also our head guide.
